The Chicago–based attorneys at VanPopering Law Offices represent individuals who have been seriously injured in a variety of circumstances––whether hurt in driving or boating incidents, in a slip and fall on someone else’s property, as a result of an animal bite, or through a medical provider’s negligence. Throughout Chicagoland, we also help clients who are brining claims of nursing home abuse or negligence, as well as clients who have lost a loved one and are bringing claims for wrongful death.

We work hard to achieve the maximum recovery possible for our clients, while seeking to minimize the amount of litigation required. When the circumstances demand it, we are not afraid to go to court. We represent only injured individuals—never insurance companies—and we are dedicated to ensuring that each case gets our attorney’s full attention and effort. Moreover, we do not charge for our services unless a case results in recovery for our client.

In Chicago, our offices are located at 205 West Wacker Drive, Suite 508. We can also be reached at 312-551-0099, or by email at Kris@vanpoperinglaw.com.
